at for help with setting up your dial-up modem.

And to add to the list of pages for the codecs already given, there is
always the the help.ubuntu.com page, specifically
https://help.ubuntu.com/6.06/ubuntu/desktopguide/C/codecs.html .  This
is the same documentation you find in your "Help" menu.
