As far as I understood, I need to reinstall Windows, which is a waste
of time (drivers, service packs, Firefox, updates, etc) Another
question is also, if I installed Windows as described in the Xen
paper, can I also boot Windows alone (eg to play a game, which needs
all resouces of the computer)?

Currently I have Dapper and XP on this computer and I would like to
use the Win Partition, which is already setup with Xen, but I have no
idea if and how this would work..
