It is bug in 6.10 AMD64 ?

Hello Ubuntu Help and User Discussions!

After update of Ubuntu 6.06 x64 to 6.10 I have seen, that I cannot
start our application, which was in 6.06 working. I thought, that it
could be a problem, because during update process it hanged and I
pressed Reset button. In next start I tried to finish and it finished.
But I installed new clean one and the result is the same.

Application is started using by script file:

---------------------
...

$APPPATH/$PRENAME

...

$APPPATH/$APPNAME
exit $?
----------------------

If I start it from terminal, it says, that "File not
found" for both.
