Are you trying to install a package called 'realplay', if so that
command is wrong.
You forgot to tell apt-get what you wanted it to do, it thought you
wanted to 'realplay', apt-get doesn't know how to do that.

you probably meant:
$ sudo apt-get install realplay

apt-get knows how to do 'install', well mostly it does.
