maildirs, dovecot, mail client help

Ok. I removed the conversion directory.
I started, stopped, restarted Evolution so it would see a clean
dirctory.
Im not understanding how to copy a folder with Evolution.

Off list Rus sent me a picture of what he is talking about but I guess I
still dont understand.

On the Evolution toolbar there is a menu item: Folder. Under that there
is Copy Folder To...
I dont have that option available to me I guess because Evolution cant
see that folder.
How do I get evolution to "do" that?
