None that I have found. However, you can get the source to QCad at 
http://ribbonsoft.com/qcad.html. This program will not read the DWG files, 
but it will read DXF files. Since DWG and DXF come from the same 
manufacturers you can convert a DWG to DXF without any data loss using a 
program like dwg2dxf which is part of the Lx-viewer project
