Bandwidth Calculator

I was going to reply here, but got caught up trying to think of the name of
the DockApp that* *I used to use, thanks for inadvertently reminding me! Is
there however a Gnome Panel applet that does the same job?

I'm all about the Desktop Integration. :-)
