I don't know how that works :-)
Because I used the tar.gz from http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MoinMoinWiki
and then I followed the instructions here
http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/HelpOnInstalling
That was very easy! Maybe this works for the .deb install too.
Take a look @ /usr/share/doc/moin for installing / config help.
