dual boot & system clock confused

Try setting "UTC=no" in /etc/default/rcS on Ubuntu.  By default, Ubuntu
(and most UNIX-like operating systems) expect the system clock to be in
UTC, while Windows expects the system clock to be in local time.  That
causes the clock skew on reboots between the two.
