Help with New Hard Drive

Okay, drive hdb has a new fat32 partition,
and sudo fdisk -l shows hdb1, hdb2 (76GB Free) and hdb3
also: ls /dev/hd* show it.

Now, how does one mount it, show that every time I start up the 
computer, file browser will see 2 Hard Drives 1 hda, and #2 hdb
want to mount the hdb2 partition I think? if that correct.

I used gparted.
