VMWare stuff

I have quite often exchanged VMware files which are defined under LINUX and
or Windows which each other, without any problem. VMware is intelligent
enough to reconfigure it to the "new" or "old" environment.
SO backup should work! But since there are just a few more files to take
with your backaup, copy or backup the whole OS directory instead.
