Breezy on Intel D975XBX motherboard

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the onboard 82573L gigabit network recognised.
Intel claim to use the e1000 drivers but when I force those from the 
Breezy CD, the network is still not sensed.

After re-boot lsmod shows that e1000 is loaded (0 users) but still no 
network.

Any pointers please?

Are there any other issues with breezy & this motherboard?
