Change "Allow Flipping" and temp-monitor in nvidia-settings

Take a look at the docs, especially the the section about the settings 
in xorg.conf. I disabled flipping by using this line in the device 
section in xorg.conf: Option "NoFlip" "1".

The other question I know nothing about, sorry.
