Is it wise to upgrade to Dapper (Kubuntu) now?

Since, I am new to Linux and never had mush info/data/programs to
worry about, I downloaded Dapper beta 2 and did a fresh installation.
Then fired up Adept and did an upgrade. Everything works fine.
