afaict, modxslt doesn't do XSLT 2.0 - I've seen one small hint that it
should, but the documentation seems to say that you must
use 'version="1.0"' on the stylesheet tag and attempting to use anything
else results in "mod_xslt: xsl:version: only 1.0 features are supported" in
the Apache log.
