libapache-modxslt - XSLT processing module for Apache based on libxml2
libapache2-modxslt - XSLT processing module for Apache 2.0.x based on
libxml2

Pick the one that works with your apache version (you didn't mention if
you were using 1.3 or 2.0, though I'd recommend using apache2, since we
don't actually support apache1.3 anymore), and give it a whirl.
