We'll certainly disagree - but you need to realize that you aren't going to
get any support for the changes (not fixes) you'd like to see in anacron.

That can't happen - anacron has to ensure that the _cron_ jobs get run. 
That's its job.

Well, that would solve _your_ problem and the one anacron was designed for
at the same time, so wouldn't be a bad thing.
