That would be because, if you're using Breezy, it would have been the
stable, up to date software from 6 months ago. May I suggest you
install from source? You should be able to get it here:
http://www.amb.org/xmcd/ .
To install, just extract the archive, then go to the folder it created,
and run ./configure
make
sudo make install

Voilà!
