Yes.  Absolutely.  The Absolute Beginners section of the forums is one of
the most used, if that is any indication of the kind of user that migrates
to the forums.

Would it be useful to have a team of people comb the forums and the mailling
lists to feed back usability issues to developers?  I think so.
