it is probably more closely related to a) how popular the system is b)
how much the culture surrounding the system encourages user-user
communication (as opposed to, say, calls to a customer support line)
c) how easy it is for users to understand and fix the system
it is not necessarily closely related to
a) how well the system works b) the average experience (or otherwise)
of a user of the system
