I need some Gstreamer-fu to transcode a video...

Hi, I've got an avi file here whose video stream is encoded at 1280x720
with (according to totem) the ISO MPEG-4 (DivX5, ffmpeg) codec. The
audio stream is encoded with AC3 (codec A/52 5.1).

I'd like to downsample it to 640x360 with an 128k mp3 audio stream and
store it in an avi container.

Does anyone have some gstreamer-fu that can help me with a
gst-launch-0.10 pipeline?
