Eyestrain relief possible on ubuntu?

According to that screenshot, the theme used is "clearlooks-warning".
So just install that theme: on that web site, type "clearlooks-warning"
in the search box on the right of the page. This will take you to that
theme's page. Then download it, and put the file on your Desktop.
Then go to System->Preferences->Theme. this will open a dialog where you
can change themes.
Now, just drag and drop the theme's file into that window, it will
install automatically for you. Then to activate it, click on the button
"Theme details", then in the "Control" tab, you should see
"Clealooks-Warning". Just click on it... done :o)
