Dapper -- Any way to configure WEP encryption using a passphrase rather than key?

Hi Miles!
What comes to mind is to script the key entry as part of the network setup.
That would be a hack. It would probably be good to encrypt the key for
safety.
NM appears on forums with problems expected for its .6 numbering. It is not
ready for prime time I think but I agree it is a wonderful idea.
Would love to hear how you solve it and how you fare with NM.
Thanks!
Tod
