It's hard to look closely, because somebody responded out-of-thread, but it
was probably me.  And it was _still_ a joke.

Because you're getting worked up over nothing.  It comes down to the fact
that we all have different ways of doing things, some of us are never going
to try to learn other ways, and it's Linux so we have that luxury.  There's
_always_ another way to do anything.  I'm glad you're proud of having been
the first to give the "right" answer, but there are no "wrong" answers.
