Your archive there may not be 100% up to date with dapper. This is
fairly common for mirrors that only update on a regular interval and
will essentially lag behind on updates from the ever-changing dapper
repository. The packages you listed as not available are available on
the main archive http://archive.ubuntu.com/ -- try just removing gb.
from all your sources and update.

$ apt-cache policy faad
faad:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 2.0.0+cvs20040908+mp4v2+bmp-0ubuntu3
  Version table:
     2.0.0+cvs20040908+mp4v2+bmp-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com dapper/multiverse Packages

$ apt-cache policy libxine-extracodecs
libxine-extracodecs:
  Installed: 1.1.1+ubuntu1-2
  Candidate: 1.1.1+ubuntu1-2
  Version table:
 *** 1.1.1+ubuntu1-2 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com dapper/multiverse Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

etc...
and I believe k3b-mp3 has been changed to libk3b2-mp3

HTH.
