Yep, my main concern is about the scalability of the application itself
when one has several hundred (or perhaps even thousands) entries.  I
noticed that it's intelligent enough to automatically realize if I'm
typing a term that is already the title of another entry, which means
that it's keeping track of this real-time somewhere.  My conern is that
I may push it too far and may end up losing important data.
