By default webmin only allows access to itself via local (127.0.0.1)
addresses. Because of this, you need to edit the config (I think it is
in /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf) and add the line:
allow=YOUR_IP_GOES_HERE
Restart webmin for the change to take effect.
