Gnome panel layout switcher

The tarball contains the entire bzr revision history, and some panel layouts
with screenshots (png, low compression). Sorry for the inconvenience, the
tarball was intended for my tutor only from the begining, and later it
became the first release :) I'll upload a smaller version later today.
