SCIM woes!

Hi Gabe,

In which application are you trying to type Chinese?  There are tons of
threads on here where scim works in some apps and not others (example,
it works in OO, not in firefox, etc).  I used to have that problem too.
I could type Japanese in gaim, but not in firefox or opera.

Can you be a little more specifc?  Where can you type Chinese, where
can't you?  Or, does Chinese input not work at all for you in ANY app?
