Did you have a look at:

May be this will help you solving the dependencies?


A bleeding edge solution may be to do an partial upgrade to edgy.
If you put an edgy line into your sources list and only xhoose planner for an 
installation it should install only the needed packages. Mostly a new glibc 
version. 

So at least it works here on a (ex)breezy machine, 2006-06-24 22:00 CET.


Note: 
After the installation of planner disable edgy in your sources.list again. 
As far as I saw in the moment there are only planner deb's for edgy / unstable 
which have a dependency to the newer glibc.
