I updated the kernel to 2.6.17.1 no problem...Wireless in dapper...go suck eggs

Oh, I don't think it was that bad.  Ducks & eggs & whatnot.  Nonetheless,  I'll tone it down.  Good link,  that's the one I used to get where I am now. SIOCGIFFLAGS ERROR:NO SUCH DEVICE
