Horde3 and Turba2 conflicts

I'm attempting to install a new dapper system for webmail, and when I attempt to
install horde3 and turba2, I get a dependency error that turba2 requires horde3,
but horde3 conflicts with turba2 < 2.1, and the turba2 available in dapper is
2.0.5.
I check the web package listings for edgy and while the package also lists as
2.0.5, the link at the bottom for the source package points to version 2.1.
Is turba 2.1 on it's way or is there a typo in the "conflicts" section of
horde3?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Steve
# apt-get install turba2

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:

Description: horde web application framework
The Horde Framework is written in PHP, and provides the common
tools a Web application requires: classes for dealing with preferences,
compression, browser detection, connection tracking, MIME, and more.
.
The Horde Framework, by itself, does not provide any significant end user
functionality; it provides a base for other applications and tools for
developers. You will probably want to install some of the available Horde
applications, such as IMP (a webmail client), or Kronolith (a calendar).
.
There is a list of Horde applications and projects at
http://www.horde.org/projects.php.
