Oh dear.  I guess I'd better remove it then.  If you'd been following the
thread, you'd see that a number of us have actually got it working -
0.9.15~winehq0~ubuntu~6.06-1, in my case.

I'd agree, though, that it's nowhere near as simple as just running iesetup
in a stock Wine installation.
