Make a backup of that file. Then replace these lines:

# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 5.10 _Breezy Badger_ ....
deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 5.04 _Hoary Hedgehog_ ...

By:

# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 5.10 _Breezy Badger_ ....
# deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 5.04 _Hoary Hedgehog_ ...
deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 6.06 _Dapper Drake_ - Release i386 (20060531)]/ dapper
main restricted

(That last bit should be all one line)

Pop in the CD. Then you can proceed with the command-line update
(assuming that the CD you have is the "Alternate" CD - I don't know
which one is given out as "upgrade" but I'd think it'd be "Alternate").

I hope it goes well.

Cheers,
Daniel.
