Difference between Spatial/Browser modes in Nautilus

I have no File Management entry in the System > Preferences menu.

All I have is the "Always open in Browser windows" check box at Nautilus

No.  It's a clean install on another partition.  I don't trust upgrades.

But that reminds me...I need to go back and try this on my Breezy system.
