I just wanted to compliment you guys on the way you've addressed this
issue. I've been following this thread for the last two weeks and I can
honestly say I dont think I've ever seen a friendlier bunch.



I do a lot of lurking. I find I learn more if I keep my big mouth shut
and watch the pros :p . Anyway I lurk a lot of sites and often the
regulars arent as friendly to new folks as you guys are.  Makes me
proud to be a member of this community. Albeit a silent one most times.
