Getting Grub error after new Dapper install

So I have installed Dapper server on a new computer with 2 drives.  I
had an old Linux install on this computer so I redid it with Dapper
server.  When the computer reboots I get 

GRUB Loading stage1.5.

 

GRUB loading, please wait...

Error 15.

 

I have 2 drives 

/dev/hda

/dev/sda

 

I have the install on /dev/sda but keep getting that error.  In the
setup it never lets me choose where to install grub (RedHat Does).

 

What should I do?
