OT: Need a two port NIC for use in a bridge box

The box I'm wanting to set up is sitting on a network, bridged between a
firewall and the main network switch. It handles various transparent
proxy/content filtering functions.

The problem I'm having is anytime there are changes to the network
config on this box, it disrupts the VOIP connections to the internet. Is
there such a thing as a network card (2 or more ports) that "bond"
together to make a bridged connection when the computer's power is off
or if it's rebooting?

TIA
