Focus on new firefox window

I believe you want System Settings -> Desktop -> Window Behavior -> 
Advanced -> Focus Stealing prevention level

Basically, it's a KDE thing that prevents programs you aren't currently 
running from jumping in front.  Disabling it should let Firefox appear 
in the foreground.
