Focus on new firefox window

Hi

I've switched from Debian sid with kde desktop to the new ubuntu with
gnome desktop quite smooth.
But i can't find solution for one issue:
I lunch firefox, then my mail reader - sylpheed and then when i click
on a link in sylpheed - another window of firefox lunch without focus
on it (just blink on taskbar) so i have to <alt><tab> to get focus on
firefox window.
How can i change this behaviour?

I was looking in gconf-editor but I found only apps/metacity/general:
focus_new_windows and it doesn't resolve this issue.
