Nope - clean install. In fact, I wiped the disk prior to re-installing
breezy, as I had no other way to remove the trinoo_master trojan. From there
I edited the /apt/sources.lst and did an apt-get update and apt-get
dist-upgrade
BTW I thought that Opera wasn't in the repositories but had to be got

Many thanks for that link. The issue broadened out from "getting Opera" to
"WTF?" I saw a number of articles vaguely related, so I assume it will be
addressed in due time with the next updates ...
