AGP Iommu

Dear all,

I'm currently using Ubuntu 6.06 LTS and I've successful recompiled my kernel to 2.6.16.20* *using the source from www.kernel.org. Unfortunately, whenever
I reboot my machine I receive the following errors:
 <http://www.ubuntu.com/news/606released>
agpgart: Detected AGP bridge 0
agpgart: Aperture conflicts with PCI mapping.
agpgart: Aperture from AGP @ f8000000 size 4096 MB
agpgart: Aperture too small (0 MB)
agpgart: No usable aperture found.
agpgart: Consider rebooting with iommu=memaper=2 to get a good aperture.

I've tried rebooting with iommu=memaper=2 but it doesn't seem to work. Now my usb mouse does not respond unless I plug it out and
replug it back in again. I've also updated my BIOS but I'm still having this problem.

I am currently using Asus K8N with an MSI AGP card using NVidia FX5200 chipset. Does anyone have any idea to resolve this?

Many thanks,
YY
