Jpilot broken on 6.06?

I contacted Judd Montgomery and he has run JPilot on 6.06.
However he did not try any older versions of JPilot.  He
suggested that you try to pull from CVS.  FYI, 0.99.9 (final)
should be up on the JPilot web site soon.  I am running it
now and it fixes several problems.
