Java on AMD64 Breezy problem

This is a follow-up to posts (some of my own) in Vol 21 Issue 322-3 entitled
"Strange azureus problem" that had to do with java apps on amd64 platforms
not seeing the file libswt-p i-gtk-3139.so

I tried to use the Google Web Toolkit (which is based on java) and ran into
the same problem.  See this page for a discussion:

Apparently, this problem is fixed by upgrading to Dapper and using the 32bit
JDK.
