The "UBUNTU" logo font

Looked at the Ubuntu website this morning as I'm sure most of you have
looking for signs of Santa, err, Dapper to arrive, but one thing I
noticed is the new layout with more pictures of people on it (good!),
AND that the various areas of the website are now written in the
Ubuntu-logo font. 

Is this font available somewhere?  I'd love to use it for stuff.
