Server Upgrade

I am currently running Breezy Badger (5.10) with latest updates.
I have setup this machine as a server running Apache2, mysql 4, php5,
bind9, qmail/vpop, clamav.

I recently upgraded one of my workstations to dapper 6.06 LTS by doing a
fresh install (after full backups), because I had some problems going
the dist-upgrade route.

I'd like to upgrade my server, but am concerned that the dist-upgrade
problems may come up, and I don't have direct access to the server (it's
a dedi box at my isp).

Any suggestions or input is welcome.
