Network-Manager wireless missing after suspend

I've had the same trouble occasionally and have found a work-around
that works on my Thinkpad with Intel 2100 wireless. I've found that
if I disable networking (using the nm-applet interface) and then
enable it again, it will find the wireless interface again.

There's still a bug in there, I think, but I also haven't had this
happen to me for a while, so it's hard to duplicate (hence, hard to
track down, and also, hard to make a good bug report about).
