How to Add a Shortcut to IRC Room on Desktop

Hi Gregory,

     I have made a simple app that do just that. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuLiveChatSupport for debian installer
and screenshots. Aside from easily accesssing ubuntu IRC support channel, It
also connects you to the ubuntu support channel via your
language and location, it also connects you to the #ubuntu channel.
