NTFS write support ( ntfs-3g) (was: Writing to sda1)

In SuSE since version 9.0 Professional I've got NTFS write capabilities
and in Ubuntu I need this. It's good, because I need windows to work on
LabView, because school.
Anyone knows how I can enable this in a easy way without damaging the
system?
