Installed Ubuntu -Some problems faced

Hi

Tried re-installing. Same problems faced
The installation continues but my monitor blanks out showing just 2 white
square boxes. There is lot of disk activity which means some installation is
on.
This time instead of pressing any other keys I pressed ENTER only. After
some ENTER
key presses the cd was ejected and the pc rebooted.
The installation has gone fine except the login problem and human theme as
reported earlier.
